ALSO... someone PLEASE watch this and come gush with me. ;) The first season is my fave so far.. the first ep of season two was kind of strange. :( But Irene Adler was kind of awesome..

I'm glad we both watch this obsessively.

The Hound of the Baskervilles was my favorite Sherlock Holmes book. I AM SO FREAKING PUMPED. :)

I read all of the books, and I loved them!

Seriously! The movies are nice "sort-of" adaptation (if you could call it that--even though the the plots are basically completely original, and separate from the books) to the series, and, as such, I am open to almost anything involving my favorite books (I read more than I sleep); movies (watch too many of those); comics (I read a lot of comics--like too much, seriously--like, as in, the last ten or so movies that Lucy and me went to see, the ones based on Marvel OR DC Comics, we ACTUALLY brought the comics, to compare! People just stared at us); or T.V.shows. Thus, a 21st century version of Sherlock Holmes seems to be very good premise for a show!

I'll definitely be checking it out! Thanks for the link, Katia!

I thought it was pretty good. Irene Adler has always been one of my favorite literary characters. The new twist on her was both disturbing and fantastic - which somehow made her more fantastic. :) I thought the way the plot was done was creative and interesting, though like I said, a tad disturbing. I also think the actress for Irene was chosen well. She did marvels with her part. In addition, I thought the ringtone she put on Sherlock's phone was hilarious. :)

I just watched the new episode. :) I loved his harpoon. XD

THE HARPOON was awesome...

the entire episode was awesome. I seriously almost peed my pants a few times. I LOVED the end. SO EPIC.

What did you think?

Also, Irene Adler kicked *ss. I love how she was like "it's so hard to remember an alias when you've had a fright."

His eyes were like....
