I LOVED this show (ALONG with MANY OTHERS), and I too wonder how Raimundo did as a leader...

I know, what up with that?! LOL. Obviously he's my fav followed by Raimundo and Kimiko. Omi is cute but his ego upsets me sometimes. He's a douche to Raimundo!

He is a douche to Raimundo, but that NEEDS to be like that. It is just, ..Just, ...Just SOOO "Karate Kid," when the ego-problem-having-team-leader goes through his self-discovering journey. His naivete, due to being raised in a monastery, is a little annoying though, which is WEIRD, because I LOVED Starfire (from Teen Titans) for that very reason.
