He's that perverted, little, annoying creep from the ep Jimmy Goes to College. He forced Jimmy to perform a humiliating stunt at the college he went to before being expelled after the dean found out he'd copied(sorta) Jimmy's invention, but only making it deadlier than the other. Although I found that little stunt of his EXTREMELY attractive hilarious

Have to agree with Emily on that one...Seymour has got to be my least favorite. My favorite was Meldar Prime, mostly for the dominant life form song and...he was pretty awesome lol.

Ohh...THAT guy! That's Seymour! I remember now! His name escaped me for a bit...yeah, I hate him too. He just...annoyed me. It baffled me how Jimmy could NOT work out that he was nasty until the very end.
