You mean Timmy Sr.?? I don't think Cosmo would, cuz while Sheen has some intelligence, Cosmo has next to NONE... He can't even count to 4!! And Timmy Sr.?? Well, he is sorta like Sheen, but he's got one thing Sheen doesn't: parental responsibility. And I don't see Timmy Sr. hitting on women, either, like Sheen often does...
