If you're at all familiar with Deviantart or the Avatar fanart community, you might know about the annual "Kataang Week" or "Zutara Week", where a ton of artists draw 7 pics of their fave couple based on a set of themes for the week. (ex: day 1 - fiery, day 2 - forgiveness, day 3 - birthday etc).

Anyway, Karin and I have decided to organize the Jimmy Neutron fandom equivalent, "J/C Week", for the end of August or early September. We'll come up with a list of themes, contact a bunch of JN fan artists, make a little news announcement about it on Deviantart, and try to get some more J/C art on the interwebs.

We'd love any artists here to participate, but more importantly than that, we need your help coming up with themes! Karin and I have tossed around a few ideas, but we'd welcome any suggestions from the IDOJ community. What J/C ideas would you like to see drawn? (serious, thought-out themes only, I'm trying to get this organized on a tight schedule).

Wednesday - Fairy Tale (confirmed)
Thursday - Alternate Universe?
Friday - ?

P.S. No complaints about how J/C isn't your favorite couple...Karin and I picked J/C because we thought it would appeal to the largest number of artists.

I want to try this! If I can get the Photoshop trial to download onto my laptop, I should finally be able to make some real art with my tablet, which unfortunately I've been neglecting due to my frustration with Adobe's "download assistant"

I'll think up some theme ideas and post them later.

Well, "in love" is kind of the principle of the whole thing, so it would be redundant to have a day dedicated to that when the whole week is already dedicated to that. And since J/C love IS love-hate by definition, the same applies to the love-hate theme.

We're looking for something more specific, to give artists a concrete place to start from.

I love these ones, especially the first two. Please make these day themes.

I was thinking maybe outlaws for a theme. Like, draw Jimmy and Cindy as famous outlaw couples or an outlaw with his/her spouse/groupie or whatever. Jimmy and Cindy as Bonnie and Clyde or Wild Bill and Calamity Jane or something.

Also royalty? If they were king and queen of a country...

Yay, no one's taken my idea yet! How about the 2 of them as mythological creatures, ideally the ones that are half-human?? Or how about them sharing an occupation, such as office workers or US Air Force pilots? All these ideas are awesome!

Good, but like I said on Deviantart, mythology can fall under "Fairy Tale".
