I guess so, but he tends to correct his mistakes at the end, or at least tries to.

The show was centered on him so of course we will see him ressolving issues. We never got much insight into Cindy's homelife which according to one of the directors on the show, was a reason for her behavior. Also we never saw anything of Betty so we don't know how she is like other than what we got. Some people are different in public than in private. I am not saying that I think Betty is actually evil or anything.

That is nearly impossible. You have to think from both perspectives, have you ever gone from hate to friendship to love, or in Sheen and Libby's case teasing to love ok not the best example but...
