Can you specify some hack episodes? I know there's some gems in all 3 seasons, but I know there's some hack eps out there.

I'm surprised no one thought of this... in Love Potion #976/J, after Cindy and jimmy agree to go out, Cindy walks away, and Jimmy looks back, looks down a little bit, and makes a goofy face. Did any one else notice? That show is very cute, but I think that scene is a little over rated... just a tad, eh? ;)

As a JC fan, I can say I believe Love Potion and Stranded are both really overrated...on the JC side of things. Though, frankly, Stranded is freaking HILARIOUS if you skip all the island scenes and just watch Libby, Sheen, and Carl out at sea. OMG the three of them KILL me in that episode. Sooooo funny.

Overrated? I didn't care for Win, Lose, or Kaboom too much. *shrug* I guess I have to know which ones are highly regarded to form an opinion.

OMG? Really, that's my all time favorite episode/movie!
It was soo awesome!
What exactly didn't you like about it?

Hmmm... overrated episodes...

The crossovers. No doubt in my mind. The first one was pretty good, but the second two were just.. infuriating!

So many things were wrong with them.... like giving Cindy blue eyes? What the heck????!!!

LSTN, seconded. I think LSTN is way overrated. The J/C stuff just seems...unnecessary. I mean, it was kinda cute, but...really had nothing to do with the plot, and seemed a little bit very OOC. I know they had to wrap things up 'cause it was the end of the series and all...but still. Not the best of episodes.

Also disliked 'Raise the Oozy Scab'. It seemed like a thinly-veiled excuse to make a bunch of ocean-related puns. Plus, every cartoon series needs an obligatory undersea episode, right? Posted Image

I also agree about 'My Son, The Hamster'. It seemed way too predictable, and the same objections go for 'Send In The Clones'. Exactly the same things happen in every body-swap/cloning episode of every cartoon ever. It just lacked ingenuity. Plus, Hugh was annoyingly obtuse, not funny obtuse.

These episodes are really the only ones I actively dislike...I'm not sure if that counts as them being 'overrated' or whether other people agree with me. ^_^

I think I was just expecting too much out of it, 'cause of all the hype. It's a decent enough episode on its own, but not quite what I expected as a season finale.

No, no, dear, you are entitled to your own opinion! No offense taken! :)

P.S. I do agree that it was a lamesauce season finale.

I only just noticed your post about the crossovers. (*facepalms* My god, I'm a fail. :P )

I agree, actually. The crossovers were good when I first watched them, but now that I rewatch them they seem to bring out the worst in both Jimmy and Timmy. Both characters seem thoroughly arrogant, bossy and unlikeable. Jimmy looks stupid for assuming that Cosmo and Wanda are fake, and Timmy seems even stupider than usual for trying to take J's place. <_< [/rant]

Wow, I didn't realize I was so opinionated. :P (Or perhaps 'ranty' is a better adjective. Yeah, I just made that word up. So? :P )

I actually rather liked the crossovers, aside from the fact that they made 2D Cindy and Sheen with blue eyes. Oh, and the "in-your-face" dance was a bit much, even though I found it doggone HILARIOUS, especially when Jimmy did it!!!

Now the eps I truly can't stand(even though I still kinda like them due to the fact that they're JN, duh!!) have gotta be Safety First and How to Sink a Sub.

Safety First cuz Jimmy's parents totally missed the fact that Terry was NOT a girl he liked, or a girl period, for that matter, but that he was a bully Jimmy was trying to deal with, and HOW could they not notice how beat up he was when he got home?!

How to Sink a Sub cuz of its plain ridiculousness, plain and simple; I mean, I know the parents were under the control of that "rebellion" serum Jimmy made, but they were STILL very OOC!! I am glad they teachers came out of hyperspace when they did, but they still could've been at least a little less harsh on Jimmy; I mean, wasn't the fact that he made the parents out of control punishment enough??! Needless to say, when I saw Coach Gruber forcing him to do push-ups, I kinda felt bad for the kid :(; hadn't he been through enough that day?!

LOL I saw it listed here all ready, but My Son the Hampster is a little too strange for my tastes.

I didn't perfer Hypno-BirthDay To You. It was played TEN TIMES EVERY DAY!!! (Sarcasm) and it isn't even good. All Jimmy had to do was reaset the Birthday setting and get back to normal. And how everything went back to normal WTH? Another one was Birth Of A Salesman. ANOTHER episode that wasn't so great but was played ALL THE TIME!!!

Sorry, but the cross-overs were too overrated.
