It hops from song to song, genre to genre....

When it comes to Post-Hardcore...

Problaby Our Final Hour - Seven

Alterntative Rock, it goes to Simple Plan - Perfect

Then there's los corridos pues... Regulo Caro - El Secuestro del Cachirro

Love songs in terms of music--La Dinastia - Te Quiero.

So yeah, but I have to say my favorite song since I discovered them (currently they've disbanded such a shame too!) Dividing the Line - When the Curtain Drops

here's the vid

Anything by them makes me happy.

Although I really do like "Storytime", "Slow Love Slow" and "Scaretale".

Fave song?  Ooo, that's a tough one...  I have so many faves in several categories!  My fave artist, though, HAS to be Garth Brooks.  His music is awesome!!  I grew up listening to him!  My fave song by him is The Thunder Rolls.

I've been obssessed with another KPOP group called Treasure since February, I discovered them in 2020 (When they debuted) but took a break from stanning (Gen Z term for fangirling) in 2021. Just a trivia that they are in the same label as BlackPink (If you know, the popular KPOP Girl Group) These are my favorite songs from them:

Either Sing Sing Sing - Benny Goodman, which is my favorite swing song (especially with The Andrews Sisters singing it!), The Cage - Five Year Mission, (it's Star Trek, 'nuff said!), or Never Alone - BarlowGirl (female Fronted Christian hard Rock is my favorite extremely specific genre).

Have you ever listened to Fireflight? A little similar to BarlowGirl, they have some good songs, at least their old stuff I haven't listened to anything newer.

I love Fireflight! I pretty much know all the bigger female lead Christian Hard Rock groups, Eowyn, The Letter Black, Flyleaf, H.B., Superchic[k], ect.

I enjoy my share of Christian music, too, but more gentle sounding than hard rock, like regular Christian rock, as well as a more upbeat, pop-y sounding music, too. Some examples of artists/groups I like are DC Talk(before they split up), Casting Crowns, Steven Curtis Chapman, Mercy Me, TobyMac, Michael W. Smith, Third Day, Phillips, Craig & Dean, Scott Krippayne, Aaron Schust, Avalon, Chris Tomlin, Brandon Heath, you get the idea... ;) I love how uplifting they are in their music; I really feel a connection when I listen to any of these or others like them... ^_^

Casting Crowns is my favorite band maybe ever lol. Both for sentimental reasons and because they're just good. I generally like the rest of those too, tho ngl I actually haven't heard of a couple of them! If you've never heard Tenth Avenue North you should look them up, they're great. You'd probably prefer their old stuff but I love them too.

I can never pick a favorite either, I have like way too many lol. Also I did... not know Pride and Prejudice had a soundtrack?? Which one? I have to go look it up now!!

Edit: I looked it up and that is lovely, I could listen to that while I write so I have to thank you, Katie! Adding it to my writing playlist rn lol.

If you liked that, I highly recommend the Jane Eyre soundtrack, also written by Dario Marianelli. It is VERY different in tone, but SO gorgeous. It's one of my favorite soundtracks ever.

Whoa this is lovely, I like the tone. Seems a bit darker and foreboding. I'm a fan!

Thanks for sharing!
