I think a lot of the ideas listed here are pretty cool actually.

I cannot agree more about an episode with just Sheen and Cindy. It seems to me that she didn't mind Carl (i.e. King of Mars episode where she compliments his stretchy pants, saying they make a "good wind sail"), but she couldn't stand Sheen. I think there definitely should have been an episode focused on just the two, helping them overcome their differences and actually becoming somewhat friends. That would have been great.

I also agree (I can't remember whose idea it was--sorry!) about an episode before Lady Sings the News. It definitely felt rushed, and it would have been nice to have had an episode (or episodes) leading up to that one. Obviously they were planning on it happening, but I was under the impression that they didn't plan on how to plan for it to happen (if that even makes sense).

I guess, overall, I just wish they would have provided us with a little more background on their characters, especially the minor ones. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the main five, but it would have been nice to have branched out and seen a little more of the inhabitants of Retroville. I also agree (I'm sorry...I can't remember who said this either) that Libby's and Cindy's lives should have been explored more. Oh, and Sheen as well. We pretty much understand the Neutrons and Wheezers (unless if they have some dark secrets their hiding! Mwahahaha!), but the other three's personal lives are somewhat concealed.

So...I've basically agreed with some ideas here, but I do have some of my own! I'm not THAT unoriginal!!!

1) One that I've wanted to see, which I'm currently writing on fanfiction.net, is one that somehow forced Cindy to temporarily have to live at the Neutrons. Too bad I'm not as creative though because I think my story could be so much funnier if I was! Ah well. I still like the idea.

2) An episode focused on just the Vortex family, like an episode where they go on vacation or...I dunno. Nevermind. I thought this was going to be way cooler when I first thought of it, but it's lame now. How about just one that focuses on their family? (I guess someone already said that...darn it...)

3) Ooh! Ooh! I know! There should be an episode where Sheen tries to get over his Ultralord obsession to try and impress Libby! I've never been a huge S/L fan, but gosh darn it, I'm slowly starting to really love it.

4) There should be one on Corky. LOL. What a random thought. I just thought he was weird, so there should be one about him.

5) Oh! I love Bolbi! Can there be one with him? Maybe some background on where exactly he came from, and then he could try to teach his classmates certain traditions he practices? I dunno. My creative juices aren't flowing as smoothly today. Someone should write something though about "the kid with the funny name."

That's about all I can think of. There are some great ideas listed here. I wish they could all turn into episodes!

Money makes the world go around so unless someone points out a way they could start the show again much much cheaper or there is a huge surge of interest that justifies starting it up again Jimmy neutron will just have to live on through the fans.

Unless some spoiled kid like eustace stritch buys the rights to Jimmy Neutron and forces it back into production.

Yeah... Nick's president had OTHER ideas.

Hi guys, there's this on-going campaign for nickelodeon to revive Jimmy Neutron for one more final season to bring closure to the series. The Hey Arnold fandom worked hard to get their Jungle Movie, so I believe if we work hard it will happen for us as well. Here's an article by MTV in which John Davis, one of the creators, was interviewed about the franchise and his eagerness to bring it back. Jimmy Neutron was intentionally supposed to end with a fourth season, but was cancelled in season 3 due to low ratings. I believe if we work hard we can finally get our season 4 and bring closure to the series.

I think a couple episodes with Betty and Libby's homes and backstories would be really good. I always wanted to see more of them.

Since people keep bringing up Hey Arnold, I feel like one thing JN never did was explore the relationship between characters who weren't being paired. For example, there was never an episode where Cindy and Sheen got thrown into a situation together and ended up learning more about one another, or an episode where Carl and Libby bonded over something.

Hey Arnold was always really good at that - exploring potential friendships between ALL the characters, like Harold and Helga, Helga and Big Patty, Sid and Arnold, etc.

This 100%. I think the closest we got was in Stranded with Sheen, Carl and Libby. I would love an ep surrounding Sheen and Cindy!

 

Also, it would be cool to have an ep where Elke Elkberg came back and we could see how the others respond to to Carl's and her relationship.

Are these actual Canon episodes that got scrapped because of the cancelation? I've never heard of them.

Sorry to be the know-it-all here but contrary to popular belief (and what the JN wiki says) they were not scrapped because of the cancellation. They are episodes that a group of JN fanfic writers who teamed up with two of the original show's writers wrote scripts for, but they were never planned to be aired, they were just for fun mostly. The fanfic writers developed a pitch bible for a reboot series that they emailed directly to nickelodeon studios and it was rejected obviously, but they got a polite response back saying that if they put that much effort into a series of their own it could be greenlit. I'm not sure if they've gone on to do anything else.

Well, gas planet...  I'd honestly thought those were legit scripts for Season 4 eps that had been scrapped...  Oh, well; beggars can't be choosers, I guess. lol It's fun to put our imaginations to work, though!
