I know many out here who like the show cuz of the romance between Cindy/Jimmy.
So let me ask yah, had they not been the main ship would you had still liked the show?
What if they gotten with other characters?

No. The romance is what got me into Jimmy Neutron, so if it had just been a cartoon c0omedy where the star and supporting stars had no love interest or no lingering one (meaning the kind where it lasts only one episode) Such as SpongeBob, no I wouldn't watch. I need romance to get me into a show. How about you?

YES. The J/C romance is clearly what I dispise about the show, & nothing irks me more. I'd be thrilled beyond all measure if the pairs had been in my favor, but then again I'm not exactly your target audience, now am I? :P *goes to hide away from J/C fanatics* J/K! XD

Well I ship Cindy/Jimmy alright, but I'm also a multyshipper so I wouldn't be disapointed if it didn't happen. I'd just keep other options cleared if it didn't.
This has happened to me before with animes, so now I keep other idea's opean. But I'd like to hear other opinions on this topic too ^_^

Thats actually a hard one, because J/C was the reason I first started watching the show in the first place. (yes, I was a fan since the movie) I guess if I happened to turn it on and actually liked it then I could still watch it.

I would've still watched it, though i'm a major shipper. I agree with Katy. The humour had a big part, and let's face it, JC hadn't exactly been a 'main' couple up until the second season. True, I did get hitched from recognising the hints. but now that I think of it, I'd still have liked the show even if JC wasn't all that huge.

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE this ship more than Ron/Hermione, and I never thought it could happen. But... you get it. :)

Ya, I would still watch it, I watched it when I was younger the thing that got me interested at first were the inventions then J/C. So I prbly wouldn't care though I would want a LITTLE romance ;).

It would only make the show better in my opinion. Cause while shippers would have moments, it wouldn't be as obsessive as say, season 3 turned out to be. I could've enjoyed that season MUCH more, even if there had just been less of this ship in there, as I could concentrate on what the plots where actually about, rather than it being filled with J/C fluff every other episode.

I don't mean disrespect, I'm just giving an honest opinion. It IS why I dislike season 3 most out of all three seasons. :(

I agree. While I enjoy the fluff and other they could have focused more time and energy on say the inventions or the adventures themselves. Personally season 3 is my favorite, but not for the j/c fluff. :)

I wouldn't have liked this show as much if J/C hadn't been together! They really made the show for me.
If the show had been S/L I wouldn't have liked it as much.

Ya, there's a different dynamic for S/L than J/C. It's part of which makes the show so good. :D
