Phew! I'm so relieved and excited that I'm finally finished my latest music video...I really hope everyone likes it. I worked hard for 3 weeks on it, so ya better like it. :rolleyes: Just kidding, haha.
Actually posting it seemed so far off, I can't believe I am.

Yes, I am aware that its insanely long...but, hey, its a looooooong song. We all know that. Sorry if the length is sorta annoying, but I tried hard to keep it fun through the whole thing w/o it getting boring.

Now, this video is NOT, I repeat NOT, meant to be taken seriously. I don't mean not taken seriously in that I don't want you to enjoy every bit of it; I mean that its not meant to be heartwarming, shipping, sweet, or serious (no matter how many serious lines there may be to some of us) This is purely for the lulz. Yes, that's right. I spent almost 3 weeks on a video for the lulz. :lol: But, once I started it I refused to not do it 'til the end. :lol: What I need you to do is laugh. XD, (Only kidding...)

I personally love this song, so I hope the video and clips match up with it. And, after working on this stinkin' thing for so long I now know all the words, lol.

I know some people might need to see it on youtube for different reasons, so I'll work on getting it up on youtube tonight or tomorrow, and promise to post a link on here then. Its never as good on youtube, but better than nothing. ;)

Sorry for magpieing so much. *shrugs* What can I say except, its my way? LOL

And, I'd really love to know what someone thinks of it, other than a parent. Heh. So, feedback's always appreciated! :dance:

Seems we have another fan videos Master here! That was done just great! The length doesn't feel because the video is too well done and you just keep watchingit. The song is great and, yet, you made a funny videowith it as well. It causes many feelings. The scenes and video editing are fine! They are picked up nicely and are very funny at some appropriate moments. It wasn't easy to make with such a long video, so, it shows your skills. I enjoyed it! Nice to see another good thing from Pig.

I've never heard this song before. I've only heard the Star Wars parody by Weird Al Yankovic to the tune of this song.

It's an awesome song, you should listen to it.

If I tried hard enough I bet I could make a video to it...then we'd have American Pie and The Sage Begins as MVs with the same tune but vastly different songs.

Anyway, on the topic of your video. It was worth the wait. You did an awesome job, and even though I've only heard the Weird Al version, I somehow was able to sing along even though I didn't know any of the words :blink: I'm not sure why, but it was cool :D

And I absolutely loved the Evil Jimmy clip. It fit the lyrics happening at that time SO WELL. It was the best.

And now I'm off to download this song.

Apparently YouTube just got bought over and they aren't supposed to play music vids. Official or otherwise. They're too cheap to pay for copyright allowances.

I'll continue putting my MVs on youtube, and whatever gets deleted gets deleted. I'll have them all on photobucket also, and those won't get deleted. So who cares.

But I am annoyed that youtube is being stupid and not letting MVs on there. It doesn't catch very many of them, but when it does...it gets me so mad! :grr:

And Pigquet, you have a photobucket account right? Just put your videos on there. I'm sure they won't get deleted because photobucket isn't as popular for sharing stuff like that.

Youtube only checks the first 30 seconds of a video for copyright. :P
So if you make the first 30 seconds absolutely nothing, then your video won't be deleted.

Pigquet, I loved the video. It was freakin' amazing and funny.

The trick to getting JN mv's past the radar on youtube is to upload them with no tags, a blank title (or a simple title like "video"), and put them under the category "entertainment" instead of arts and animation. I've been able to put all of mine up (except Love me Dead, unfortunately, because it catches that the audio track hasn't been licensed for play on youtube, and removes it. And what's the point of a music video without the music, asks I? Not much)

I don't think it'll let you upload the same file. It's already been flagged as a copyright violation. You'll have to convert it to a different format or add on like a 5 sec block of black/silence at the end to make the file different.

OMG, I finally got a chance to sit down and watch this! :lol: It was soooo awesome! I especially loved the verses about the jester, king, and courtroom - you matched all the lyrics so well! I seriously laughed out loud like 7 or 8 times during this video. And I LOVE the little "Lalalalalala" Sheen quote thrown in during the credits. WIN! :rock:

Darn it! It says it deleted it due to the copyright. What the heck? I guess 'cause I don't own the Jimmy Neutron eps, but I thought you could still upload mvs. I uploaded my first one to youtube. *shrugs* I'm really sorry, Em. Maybe someone else can try for me sometime...

That happened to me for my first MV (not JN though), so what I assumed is that just not all songs are copyrighted. **sigh** Any way for a mac user to see it now? lol.
