I like that it's funny without having to rely on crude humor and all the characters being too dumb to live. Family Guy is one of the least funny shows I've ever seen, and I wasn't too impressed with Futurama either. Simpsons hasn't been funny in years. I viscerally hate BoJack Horseman. I can't think of too many others, but when I do catch them I don't really find them particularly enjoyable to watch.

 

I always think of the Lance the Turkey death scene when people ask why I like Bob's Burgers.

I can think of another one you didn't mention: American Dad. You can tell I don't care for those shows, huh? It's totally fine that you like one of them, though, Mary; I totally respect that.

I can see why that would be a reason to like it, but idk. I have to admit I have laughed at a few things. I think out of all the characters Bob is the funniest to me. It's mainly the kids that I find unfunny. I liked Family Guy back when I was in HS but it quickly got old, now it's just purely cringey. Futurama is okay, I don't really have strong feelings about it, and I also don't care about Simpsons. Never watched BoJack; my husband said it is depressing to watch.

 

How do you feel about Rick and Morty? Personally, I don't see how it's so widely praised. Just kinda seems like a generic adult cartoon trying to be edgy. It comes off as pretentious to me.

Yeah I'm not a fan of Rick and Morty either. Some episodes are decent, but for the most part I'm just like...meh

Yeah, I never saw the appeal to it, either, though a good friend of mine absolutely loves it, for some reason... It is kinda neat that it centers on science, sorta, but the fact that one of the main characters, Rick, is a scientist who seems to always be drunk turns me off majorly toward the show...

Right. The fact that he burps every other word is pretty gross/annoying.

I've seen some eps of that out of boredom, and it's okay, a fairly decent show... I'm not a big fan of it, but I think it's kinda cute... Thanks for respecting that, Aqua(Mary)!

I can't stand Miraculous, which is super ironic, because I used to absolutely LOVE it.  but over the years, It just became a goofy love decagon.   now that i'm a bit older I realize that Marinette is very concerning with her crush on Adrien. she has the man's whole schedule, and broke into his house. and Adrien is so bland. and him and Marinette  finally get together after 7 years? ridiculous.
