I didn't know which one to choose, so I clicked all 3 just for the heck of it!! lol If I HAD to choose one, I'd say Egg-pire Strikes Back, probably for that Principal Willoughbuy moment near the end:

Principal Willoughby: Wait just one minute, young man! I'm not believing ONE word of this until I get some decent, CREDIBLE evidence!!!

*Poultra squawks in distance*

Principal Willoughby: Works for me! *takes off running & screaming*

Also, in the end:

:Cindy: Neutron, I think the people of Retroville have something to say to you! Everybody???

All: You were right & we were wrong!

:Jimmy: Aw, you don't have t- Oh, who am I kidding? Say it again!

I like The Eggpire Strikes Back better. I remember the first time I saw attack of the twonkies. that was kinda weird. =P

attack of the twonkies for me!

because it was so well built.

you have Hugh and Flippy. All right, it seems useless in the plot but it ends up saving the town!

then you have Libby with the petition for graystar. Again seems useless but it ends up putting the town into danger!

Sheen and his horrid singing... saving the town!

I think the reason Eggpire Strikes Back started as most popular is the J/C, not as much in Attack of the Twonkies, let alone there being no obvious J/C like there was in Eggpire Strikes Back. X3
