My fav for Jimmy is definitely King of Mars, just cause it's the first time that he admits that he feel something for(or notices) Cindy for the first time without it being pheromone induced.

For Cindy it would absolutely without a doubt be League of Villains, for the dialog between Libby and Cindy outside Jimmy's club house and for her near confession that gives Jimmy the idea about the Love Potion....

I never saw it cuz the Station in which JN is only gives Seasons 1 & 2... With WLK, The Eggpire Strikes Back and Operation: Save Jet Fusion...

I'm sorry. I love the rest of those episodes so much, but my favorite J/C episode is Trading Faces. Actually, it's very possibly my favorite episode. Also, I know it doesn't seem like a J/C eppie, but I love The Science Fair Affair.
