In French yesterday, we watched The Christmas Story in French with English subtitles. it sounde weird in French.

We wanted to watch it in English with French subtitles, but our teacher wouldn't let us. He was like, "You guys are in your last year of French, you should know most of the words now without seeing the English subtitles, but I'll put them on for you."

So we had to watch it in French, I didn't like it.

I know how you feel, Celeste.

I hate watching movies in different languages.

Out of respect for the people that don't like horror movies, I won't list all of my favorite horror Christmas movies. I'll do my favorite non horror ones instead.

Elf

A Christmas Story

Bad Santa

Home Alone 1 and Home Alone 2

Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer

How the Grinch Stole Christmas (The cartoon version)

Year Without a Santa Claus

Santa Claus Is Coming To Town

Frosty the Snowman

Nightmare Before Christmas (I consider that both a Halloween and Christmas movie)

Charlie Brown's Christmas

Christmas Carol (All Versions)

My new favorite Christmas movie is Klaus. It's I think 3 years old now? 2? Idk. But it's really good and has a great art style and is actually really well done.

I'm surprised I haven't posted here, lol.

My favourite Christmas special will always be the 1966 Grinch movie (I can't stand either of the remakes, lol).
My second is probably Hogfather - a two-part miniseries based on one of Terry Pratchett's Discworld books (I played as one of the characters from it in the last IDOJoween).

And, of course, Die Hard! Because... Die Hard!

Honorable mentions go to Miracle on 34th St (1947), The Santa Clause, and Joyeux Noël.
