I'm sure on a roll with these fics! Here's my next one I just came up w/ the other day! Hope you like it!

A New Kid In Town

Chapter 1: A New Town w/ New Neighbors

Eleven-year-old Jessica looked out her window seat on the plane & sighed. This was the 7th time this year she'd had to move, & she hated it every time.
Her mom, Chloe, looked over from her seat next to her & told her lovingly, "I know it's hard to move to a new place, Jesse (her nickname), but, this time, this town has real promise, & try to accept it & these changes, & who knows? Maybe you'll find true friends in this new town; I believe it's called Retroville, or something like that. My job as the local mayor's secretary has great promise, & I'm prepared to be the best I can be for our new town."
The date was July 2nd, 2007. This was a good time for a move because it was summertime & the kids were off school this time of year. "Maybe you're right, Mom," Jesse admitted, "I hope I find real friends in Retroville."
Bearing these thoughts & hopes in mind, she proceeded to listen to whatever song came up first on her Ipod, which happened to be "True Friend" by Hannah Montana, a.k.a.- Miley Cyrus. It started out like this:

"We signed our cards & letters BFF
You've got a million ways to make me laugh
You're lookin' out for me; you got my back
It's so good to have you around..."

By the time the chorus began to play, her mom tapped her shoulder. Jesse stopped the music & asked, "Yeah, Mom?"
"Look out the window, honey, & welcome to our new home, Retroville!" Chloe told her daughter, pointing out the window at the approaching airport.
She turned her Ipod back on & "True Friend" soon finished. Next, "One in a Million" began to play by the same artist. It was halfway over when the plane landed on the runway & soon came to a complete stop.
By the time Jesse & Chloe had gotten their luggage & started to head back into the airport, they were so distracted, Chloe by the new surroundings & Jesse by her music, that they didn't notice the family of 3 in front of them until they collided & fell to the ground.
Chloe picked herself up with her daughter & helped the wife of the family up. Jesse helped the 11-year-old boy to his feet while the husband got up on his own.
"I am so sorry, ma'am!" Chloe apologized to the wife/mother, "I was so interested in my new surroundings that I didn't see you!"
"It's okay, it's okay!" she reassured her, "It was just an accident."
"I'm equally sorry," Jesse added sincerely to the young boy, "I was so absorbed in my music that I didn't notice you until it was too late! By the way, I'm Jesse Taylor, & this is my mom, Chloe Taylor. We just moved here from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania."
"Nice to meet you!" he replied, "I'm Jimmy Neutron, & this is my mom, Judy, & my dad, Hugh." Then he pointed to his robotic dog & added, "And this is my dog, Goddard."
Goddard barked his greeting.
"Pleasure to meet you!" Judy put in, "What's your new address going to be?"
Chloe told her.
"Wow!" she exclaimed, "That's right next door to us! Mind if we carry your luggage?"
Chloe & Jesse nodded.
"Great! Thanks! What are you all doing at the airport?" Jesse added inquisitively as Hugh picked their luggage up & carried it for them.
"We were just dropping off my granny here so she could catch her flight home," Jimmy calmly explained.
Jesse couldn't explain it, but just walking & talking with Jimmy sent a kind of an electric shock through her body that caused her to blush & her heart to beat rapidly. It also caused the song "One in a Million" to repeat itself in her mind.
Before she knew it, Jesse & her mom & new acquaintances were already in the parking lot next to a red convertible family roadster, which was right next to the car the Taylors were renting: a brand new 2007 silver BMW 350i, or "Beamer."
Then, after the luggage was stowed in the Beamer's trunk, Judy suggested, "I know what! How about, since your new home is right next to ours, you just follow us?"
"That sounds like a splendid idea, Judy! Sure, we will!" Chloe told her, & climbed into the Beamer with her daughter & they buckled themselves in. Then she started it up & followed the red roadster all the way to their new home.

Chapter 2: New Friends

While Chloe was unpacking the next day, Jesse decided that right then would be a good time to meet the neighbors. So she asked as Chloe was unpacking the kitchen supplies, "Mom, may I go visit the new neighbors?"
"Call if you're going to be out after 10," she replied, & went back to unpacking.
Then Jesse went out of her new home, went right next door to Jimmy's house, & rang the doorbell that sounded like a duck quacking.
As Judy went to answer it, she hollered at her husband, "Hugh, how many times have I told you to replace this ridiculous quacking doorbell?!"
"Butter-biscuit, that's only duck language for 'There's someone at the door'!" Hugh protested from his workshop in the garage.
She just rolled her eyes & thought, Oh, whatever..., as she opened the door & saw Jesse standing there.
"Why, hello, Jesse! What brings you here?" Judy greeted her.
"Is Jimmy here?" Jesse wanted to know.
"He's in his lab at the moment. Just go to the front door of his clubhouse & knock. He'll answer through his overhead speaker," she instructed, giving her a gentle push in the right direction.
"Thanks, Judy!" she thanked her, & headed to his clubhouse & knocked on the front door. "Jimmy? You in there?" Jesse asked.
"Yes, Jesse. Hold on one moment," came his voice on the speaker. Inside, he pressed a button on his keypad that opened a trap door beneath her feet & let her in with a thud on the lab's concrete floor.
After Jesse righted herself, she gasped in awe at everything she beheld in his lab. Then she noticed that Jimmy was hard at work on something or other. So she inquired, "What are you formulating or constructing, Jimmy?"
"I'm formulating a chemical that will allow you to speak in any language possible! But, for now, let's introduce you to my friends!" Jimmy explained, escorting her out of his lab & to the park where the others were.
Once there, he had Goddard round Carl, Sheen, Cindy, & Libby together in some unusual way.
"So, what do ya want, Jim?" Carl wanted to know.
"You wouldn't be wanting to show us another one of your LAME experiments, would ya, Nerd-bomb?! My head's still spinning from when you took Retroville into that ice age & got me frozen in my pool!" Cindy snapped, rubbing her head slightly.
Jimmy just glared at her as he barked, "No, Vortex, I'm here to introduce you to my new neighbor, Jesse Taylor."
"Hi, Jesse, I'm Cindy Vortex," Cindy kindly told her.
"An' I'm her best friend, Libby Folfax," Libby put in.
"I'm Sheen Estevez," Sheen put in.
"And I'm Carl Wheezer," Carl introduced himself.
"Okay, now that Jesse knows us, it's time to-," Jimmy began to say, but was interrupted by an alarm on his watch.
"Oh, gas planet!" he groaned, "What's the problem NOW?!" With that, he made a mad dash to his lab, with the others & Goddard following close behind him.

How's THAT?? OO!! Cliff hanger!! :onfire: Haha! I'm so evil!

Chapter 3: Figuring It Out

Once inside the lab, Cindy asked, "So, what seems to be the problem, Nerd-tron?!"
Jimmy took a seat in front of VOX & began typing furiously, saying, "I haven't yet figured that out, Dork-tex! Assessing the problematic situation requires a vast quantity of patience & perserverance!!"
"Huh?" Sheen was completely clueless.
Libby just rolled her eyes & explained, "This problem is gonna take a while to solve, Sheen."
"Oh. Thanks, Libby-baby!" he thanked her, giving her a hug.
After a second or 2, she gently ordered, "Sheen, get off me & stop doin' that!"
He let go of her & admitted, "Sorry."
As Jesse watched Jimmy typing at his keyboard, she thought, tucking a bright purple lock of her hair behind her ear, I don't know how to explain it, but, whenever I look at him being fully focused like that, I get butterflies in my stomach! I can't stop thinking about him!
He felt like he was being stared at while he worked, so Jimmy momentarily stopped it & turned around in his seat. He saw Jesse staring at him & asked, "Can I help you with anything, Jesse?"
Embarrassed, she looked away & stammered, "Uh- I, uh... I- um, just find your researching capabilities, um, rather fascinating!"
"Thank you!" he said, & returned to his work.
After seeing Jesse act that way towards Jimmy, Cindy began to feel a tinge of jealousy welling up inside her. She slapped her forehead in disgust & thought aggressively, I don't believe it! She's falling all over him when, clearly, I should be the one doing that, but, privately, of course! I can't stand to see her going ga-ga over him! I'm gonna fix the situation in the best way I know how!
Carl apparently noticed the determined/disgusted look on Cindy's face, because he wanted to know, "Hey, Cindy? You okay?"
"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine, Llama-Boy. What's it to ya??" she quietly snapped at him, not really expecting an answer.
About 20 minutes later, Jimmy had finished his work & called everyone to him, saying, "C'mere, guys! I have urgent news to share with you!"
They all gathered around him & Sheen asked, "What's so urgent, Jimmy?"
"I don't know how he did it, but he's escaped my trap & is on his way to infiltrate the president of the United States & eventually, the world!" he anxiously informed them.
Cindy was getting impatient. "So, WHO exactly is it, Freak Brain?!" she barked.
He just pointed to an image on VOX's screen, which was none other than an image of...

OOO!! Cliffhanger!! Who will it be??? Only time will tell! :onfire:

Anyway, here's Chapter 4!

A New Kid In Town

Chapter 4: That Fiend's up to no good!

Cindy could only gasp in shock as she saw the image before her. When she finally spoke, she exclaimed, "Neutron, I thought you sent him to a point of no return!!"
"That's what's puzzling me... I did, but how my evil clone escaped my dark matter dimension is beyond me!" Jimmy responded in shock.
"Where is he now??" Carl nervously asked.
"I don't know at the moment, Carl," the boy genius hastily admitted.
Then an alarm made itself known on VOX's screen.
"What's going on??!" Jesse anxiously asked.
After typing some more on his keyboard, Jimmy informed them out of shock, "There's an emergency downtown! Apparently, the Purple Flurp factory has just experienced an infiltration! My evil clone is undoubtedly behind it!"
Before anyone could say anything else, Sheen exclaimed, pointing towards the sky, "To the hovercar!"
Cindy & Libby just sighed & shook their heads in disgust as they & the others, including Goddard, went out of Jimmy's lab & climbed aboard the hovercar with them. He started it up &, within 10 minutes, they were right outside the Purple Flurp factory.
Right afterwards, Jesse asked, "Jimmy, don't you have some sort of gadget that'll tell you where your evil clone is?"
"Hold on a moment, Jesse. An alarm is going off on my watch," he informed her, pressing a button on it. Then he gasped, "Oh,... NO!!"
"What is it now, King Cranium?!" Cindy snapped at him.
"My watch's readings indicate that my evil clone has removed the secret ingredient to the Purple Flurp recipe!" Jimmy exclaimed, horrified.
"What's so special about that??" Jesse wanted to know, confused.
"The secret ingredient prevents whoever drinks it from being mind-controlled by the drink's creator!" he explained nervously.
"That's bad, right?" Sheen asked dimwittedly.
Libby could only roll her eyes as he replied, "Duh!"
"It gets worse!" Jimmy anxiously responded, "If he gets ahold of the factory's computer system, he could hack into the files & put his name as the original creator!!"
"Then anyone who drinks Purple Flurp will be under his power!" Carl gasped.
"That's right, Carl, & he could easily take over the world that way!!!" Jimmy said horrifically.
Cindy was getting a little ticked off. "Then why don't you get your butt over there & stop him?!!" she barked.
"Okay, then, I will, Miss Bratty-Pants!" he snapped, marching into the factory. Little did he know how horrific a scene he would behold when he found him in the factory.

OOO! Another cliffhanger!!! :onfire: I'm evil, aren't I?? I'll post as soon as I can!

Chapter 5: Evil Jimmy's Plot

Jimmy knew where to go in the factory because his class had a field trip there once.
When he arrived in the secret ingredient room, to his utter horror, his evil clone had removed the secret ingredient & was right then in the process of heading towards the control room, where the main computer was held!
Then he commanded, holding out his hand like a police officer, "NOT so fast, clone! You are not gonna get away with this!! How'd you escape my dark matter dimension, anyway?!"
Evil Jimmy just grinned evilly & replied, "Oh, yes, I will!! As to how I escaped your pathetic little dimension, I just used a dark matter version of one of your inventions, the Dark Matter-Converter, on itself, me, & your rocket. Once that was done, I simply flew back to earth & infiltrated this factory! Now I'm on my way to the control room & there's nothing you can do to stop me!!! Muahahahaha!!!!"
Jimmy started to charge at him, but Evil Jimmy was quicker. Since he was Jimmy's clone, he was just as smart & had the exact same watch as him. So he pressed a button on it & temporarily trapped Jimmy in a force field. He could only watch through the force field in horror as his evil clone walked into the control room, quickly hacked into the main files, & set his name as the creator of Purple Flurp.
Then he walked back up to Jimmy, said maniacally, "And the trap is set!", stuck out his tongue, & blew a raspberry at him tauntingly. Then Evil Jimmy sauntered out as if he hadn't a care in the world & blasted off in his rocket. It was just like Jimmy's except it didn't have any sidecars & it had a darker paint job.
After he was gone for 10 minutes, the force field finally gave out & set Jimmy free. He tried to set the drink's creation process right again, but he couldn't because the controls were jammed. He also tried to correct the computer files, but a virus had damaged them & shut down the computer, severely damaging it.
He then rushed back to his rocket & anxiously informed his friends, "I would've been back sooner, but he had me trapped in a temporary force field before I could stop him!!"
"Where could he be going, Jimmy?!!" Jesse worriedly asked.
"To the only place in the world where the most power is held over the country by a single person!!!" Jimmy told them, a horrified look on his face as he got back into his rocket & blasted off.
"I know!" Sheen piped up, "Homer Simpson?"
"No, the president!!" Libby snapped, exasperated.
"That's right, Libby!!" Jimmy exclaimed.
Ultra-Dork, when will you ever learn?! Cindy thought, annoyed, as they made their way to Washington D.C., hoping they weren't too late. Little did they know how wrrong they were...

The cliffies never stop, do they?? :onfire: Hahahahaha!!!! I meant what I said before typing the chapter, & it WILL happen if y'all don't reply, reply, REPLY!!!!!!!!!! :angrymob: :uhoh: :uhoh: :uhoh:

Chapter 6: The President Is Only the Beginning...

On their way to Washington D.C., Sheen asked for what seemed to be the billionth time, "Are we there yet?!"
"Sheen," Libby patiently asked, though it was wearing rather thin, "Don't ya have anything with ya to keep ya entertained?!"
He just shrugged & admitted, "I dunno... I'll go ahead & play my UltraLord game I brought with me." Then he pulled it out of his pocket & began to play it.
Soon, however, the background music & sound effects began to get on Cindy's nerves. "Ultra-Dweeb, either get rid of that game or turn the :uhoh: volume down!! It's getting on my last nerve!!!" she rudely snapped at him.
At that, Carl gasped & exclaimed, "Ooo! Cindy said a bad word!!"
Cindy just rolled her eyes & said sharply, "Oh, get over it, Llama-Boy!"
For the first time since she met her, Libby actually noticed how bright a purple Jesse's hair was. "Girl," she pointed out, "It looks like a nuclear bomb went off & turned yo' hair purple!!"
"Nuking?" Sheen put in, "If ya wanna nuke something, do it where those Needleheads live. MAN, they're annoying!!"
"Who are the Needleheads?" Jesse questioned, confused.
"They're little aliens that look like bamboo stalks, but that's where the resemblance ends. They're golden brown in color; they have pointed heads, tiny spindly legs, big wide eyes, & an average size mouth that is constantly saying, 'Mibs! Mibs!'. And, I have to agree with Sheen; they are rather irritating!" Jimmy explained to her.
"Okay, thanks! Now, what I want to know is where your evil clone is," Jesse asked.
"Hold on one moment," he replied as he checked his radar screen for any sign of him. Then he exclaimed out of shock, "Gas planet! He's already inside the White House, which is what we're currently approaching!!"
Within 10 minutes, they landed on the front lawn of the White House.
After getting out of the rocket, Sheen exclaimed, pointing, "Jimmy, look there!"
He looked where Sheen was pointing & saw that Evil Jimmy's rocket was already there. Then he walked over to it & felt the afterburner. "Hmm.. The temperature is tolerable," Jimmy noted, "That means he's been here much longer than we have! C'mon, we have got to warn President Bush before it's too late!!!"
They easily made it to the Oval Office because all the White House staff were at lunch. When they got there, they found Evil Jimmy in the process of handing President Bush one of the Purple Flurps he'd modified!
"Stop right there, clone!!" Jimmy commanded.
"You're too late, Neutron!" he warned his good-natured counterpart.
"Am I supposed to follow this??" George Bush wanted to know.
"Don't worry about that, Mr. President! Just take this refreshing drink & may your senses be revitalized!" Evil Jimmy told him using a fake nice-guy voice.
"Mr. President, with all due respect, I wouldn't do that if I were you!" Jimmy cautioned as President Bush lifted the opened Purple Flurp can Evil Jimmy had handed him to his mouth.
"Oh, please, son! What's the worst that could happen?!" he protested as he proceeded to take a sip of it.
"Oh, leapin' leptons, I knew this would happen!!" the boy genius groaned & slapped his forehead in disgust.
"Knew what would happen?" President Bush asked after he set the drink down on his desk. Then he suddenly got a blank look on his face & stared mindlessly at whatever was in front of him.
"Well, clone, you've got one person under your power. How exactly are you going to put everyone else under your control?!!" Jimmy protested.
"Just wait & see," his evil clone taunted him. Then he went back to his rocket & blasted away, bound for more destruction.
For a few moments, after chasing him outside, Jimmy & his friends just watched Evil Jimmy disappear into the wild blue yonder.
Then he declared, "Guys, we've gotta warn our friends & family about this before it's too late!!" With that, they all jumped into his rocket , he started it up, & they blasted off. Little did they know how horrific a scenario they'd witness when they returned to Retroville... :onfire:

Chapter 7: It Gets Worse!

"Oh, my gosh, I so hope our parents haven't consumed the drink yet!!" Jesse anxiously said, twirling a lock of her purple hair. That was her nervous habit.
"I hope not, too, Jesse," Jimmy replied, "But I'm afraid we'll have to prepare ourselves for the possibility that they already have."
"Oh, no!" Cindy muttered under her breath.
"My poor Mrs. Neutron-," Carl began.
Sheen whipped his head around & gave him a weird look.
"-'s cookies!!" Carl finished loudly.
"What's with him?!" Jesse wanted to know, leaning towards Libby.
"Long story short: Carl's in love with *shivers out of disgust* Jimmy's mom!!" she explained, completely wigged out.
"Eeeww!!!" Jesse quietly squealed out of disgust, along with Libby.
Cindy rolled her eyes & thought, Why would Carl even stoop that LOW?!!
Then Sheen asked him, "Dude, what is with you these days??"
"I DON'T KNOW, SHEEN!! SO STOP TORTURING ME!!!!" Carl shrieked at the sky.
"Carl," Jimmy pointed out, "You've been watching too many soap operas!"
He just giggled sheepishly in response, blushing.
Seriously, what is UP with Carl & soap operas?! Sheen thought to himself.
That was when they arrived in their neighborhood, looking for signs of possible mind-control.
They checked the Neutron household first.
Right when Jimmy opened the front door, they saw Judy & Hugh standing in random spots & staring blankly into space.
"Jumpin' Jupiter, it's true!!" Jimmy exclaimed out of shock, "They're mind-controlled!!!"
Then they checked the remainder of their homes & found out the horrible truth: everyone there was under Evil Jimmy's control!
"Let's check the Candy Bar!" Sheen suggested.
"For once, that's a good idea, Ultra-Nerd! We need to see if our friends from school are affected, & Sam Melznick, too!" Cindy commented.
"I'm not worried about that. All I want is some ice cream!!" he pointed out.
"Sheen!" Libby snapped, "Focus!!"
"Sorry!" Sheen said, & bumped her with his hip.
"Knock it off!" she demanded, even though she secretly enjoyed that.
"Sheen's right," Jimmy noted, "About the Candy Bar part, not the ice cream part. Goddard, 'Multiple Passenger Mode', please!"
Goddard barked & turned into a 10' hovering platform.
After everyone got on board, he instructed, "Take us to the Candy Bar, boy!" His robotic dog barked & did just that.
When they got off at the Candy Bar, Goddard returned to normal.
Once inside, the group only had to glance at every corner of the shop to realize that everyone in it was also under Evil Jimmy's power!
"Well, it can't get any worse, right?" Jimmy rhetorically asked, leading the group to the park, with Goddard, as usual, at his heels.
When they got there, they found that its occupants, like Miss Fowl, Officer Tubbs, & others, were mind-controlled!
"Okay!" he declared as he faced the group, "This time, my evil clone has gone TOO far!! Here's what we're gonna do...!"

Ooo! :onfire: They never stop, do they?? My previous word at the beginning is firm; my judgement is FINAL. If y'all don't reply, Mara has my permission to delete this fic!!!!!!!!!! :o :PCpwn: I MEAN it!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, here's Chapter 8!

Chapter 8: The Plan Backfires! (Or So It Seems...)

"So, what's the plan, Neutron?" Cindy wanted to know.
"First of all," Jimmy announced, "We need to know what his weaknesses are."
"How are we gonna do that?!" Jesse questioned, feeling rather anxious.
"I had a feeling you would ask that, Jesse!" he commented thoughtfully, "I'll need to formulate an antidote that only works for 1 time only on 2 people, my mom & my dad. Once I get their permission, I'll have my evil clone stay with me, since he doesn't really live anywhere."
"Uh, Jimmy?! This is yo' evil clone we're talking about!" Libby pointed out uneasily.
Jimmy just shrugged with a smirk on his face & told her & the others, "You see? That's the beauty of it!! When he's asleep, I'll just sneak over to him & implant a self-replicating microchip on the back of his neck. It'll be a cinch to do it because he's an incredibly heavy sleeper. That way, I'll be able to track him using my watch & keep an eye out on where he is & what he's up to."
"Cool!" Sheen exclaimed.
"Well, what are we waiting for?! Let's GO!!!" Cindy urged.
"Soo-WEET!! To the lab!!!" Sheen proclaimed.
Later on in Jimmy's lab, as can be expected, Sheen got bored really fast. So he said, "You know, Carl, you, Jimmy, & I should get our band back together! The LlamaLords of Science shall reign again!!!"
"I think I have a better name for it, & it's great!" Carl informed him.
"Does it have the word 'llama' in it?!" he questioned, lowering his eyelids.
"NO!" Carl started to protest, then shyly admitted, "Yes..."
Jimmy heard their conversation & interjected, "No way, guys! We'll just end up arguing & fighting again, like we did last time!"
Sheen sighed & confessed, "Yeah, you're probably right, Jimmy."
About 20 minutes later, he was finished with it.
"Now what?" Sheen wanted to know.
"Now, we go to my parents & get them to consume this antidote somehow," Jimmy informed them, leading them out of his lab & into his home with Goddard, as usual, at his heels.
Once his parents were in sight, he ran over to them & told them urgently, "Mom, Dad, drink this!"
Hypnotized by the Purple Flurps they'd drunk, Judy snapped, "We only take orders from the Dictator, not worthless kids!!"
Jimmy rolled his eyes & said, "The 'Dictator' told me to have you drink this. Just don't ask me why!!"
Without further hesitation or question, both Judy & Hugh drank half of the antidote, then fainted.
The group gathered around them & started talking at once, trying to wake them up.
When they both sat up, Judy rubbed her head & asked, "Jimmy, what happened, sweetie?!"
"Both you & Dad consumed a Purple Flurp that put both of you under my evil clone's power, but I just cured you!" he confidently explained, then asked, "Since he has no place to stay, could he stay with us?"
"Hold on, Jimmy," she cautiously informed her son, rising to her feet with Hugh, "This is your evil clone we're talking about!"
"I know, Mom, but, I can assure you, this is only temporary & I know what I'm doing!" he reassured his parents.
"Okay, son. Your mother & I trust you," Hugh told Jimmy, both him & Judy heading into the other room.
Later that night, the group of kids snuck into his house & saw Evil Jimmy fast asleep on the couch. Jimmy drew the microchip out of his hypercube & quietly placed it on the back of his neck with a special laser-applicator. He stirred a bit, but didn't wake up. The rest of the group retreated to their homes while Jimmy & Goddard went back upstairs to his room & went to sleep.
Shortly after Jimmy got up the next morning, Evil Jimmy woke up & felt something on the back of his neck with his hand. He scratched it off & proceeded to get ready for the day.
Unfortunately, Jimmy was heading downstairs right when he scratched it & had witnessed it. Oh, gas planet! he groaned in his mind, He's removed the microchip!!
Then his eyes lit up as he remembered something important...
