He is. That is a still shot from Jimmy Goes to College, when Jimmy is streaking in an attempt to gain the acceptance of his fellow college classmates. And thank you. When I saw the stillshot in the Many Faces of Jimmy thread, it was the first sentence that popped into my mind. I believe I also made it a sticker on facebook, too, if you have one. lol almost all the JN stickers are made by me. I think there's only like, two that aren't.
