Sure, JN villains are pretty darn awesome...but could you come up with something better?

Now's the time to find out. It's been forever and a day since we've had a real contest, so get ready!

Required:
Write a bio of an imaginary JN villain. Include their personality, looks, objectives, weapons/powers, and relationships to the characters. Who in the JN gang is their main enemy? When did they first meet? Is the villain incredibly evil? Do they waver back and forth between right and wrong? Are they associated with any of the other villains, or do they work alone? Include anything you think is relevant to their character.

Optional:
Include a short story, drawing, silly or serious interview, or some other "extra" along with the bio. This will make your character all the more believable!

Other Questions Answered:
-Yes, you can use villains you've designed for and/or included in your pre-existing fanfics
-Yes, the villains can be the kids themselves (you just have to explain how they got that way...so for example, Dictator Jimmy could be an entry, though I am not going to enter this contest)
-No, they cannot be a crossover from some other story...the villains must be YOUR invention.

Judging and Prizes: The winner will be picked by popular vote. The prize (if everyone is willing and able) will be several short fanfics written by volunteers starring your entry as the main villain!
Do I have any volunteers? **begs** The prize might include some fanart from volunteers too (maybe a sketch from me). I don't know yet, because school is starting for all of us and God only knows how busy we'll be.

Name: Seth

Appearance: Long, snowy white hair, inky black skin, red eyes. About 9 feet tall. Very broad. Twisted limbs, looks like he's kind of covered in a gross, gooey substance.

Species: Demon

Personality: He only knows his mission. His entire being is absorbed in the spread of otherworldly evil.

Objective: To kill Retroville's greatest defense against evil, so that the town can be overrun by all the demons and evil spirits of the underworld.

Relationship to characters: Seth has been observing Retroville for quite some time now. He has concluded that its greatest defender of good is resident genius, James Isaac Neutron. Jimmy is the greatest threat to the demon invasion, and must be eliminated.

Main enemy: Jimmy Neutron

When did they first meet?: They have not met yet. But they will.

Is the villain incredibly evil: His very existance is evil.

Do they waver back and forth between right and wrong?: Never.

Are they associated with any of the other villains, or do they work alone?: He works with his fellow dark spirits. Mortal beings are not worth his time.

"Extra" info: Seth is the Greek version of the Egyptian name Sutekh. Sutekh was the evil god of Chaos that killed Osiris, the god of the underworld. Therefore, it is only fitting that a demon have a name with such a dark history.

I've never seen that spelling before, except on Wikipedia. I believe that for the majority of Egyptian history the spelling was "Set" or "Seteh", which in the Demotic stage of the language evolved into the Greek sound "Seth". Incidentally, several new kingdom pharaohs were named for the god, most notably Seti I and Setnakht.

Elena Gore

Elena gore (Real name is Elena Gorgeous).She came to Retroville as a new girls.She is 18 years old.She is very pretty and has that misterous additude.Our boy genius even seems to devolope a small crush on her which makes Cindy jelous with envy.What this boy genuis doesn't know is that Elena is Beautiful Gorgeous daughter from the future.She was send to destroy Jimmy neutron and making it so that he never exsisted in the future.Elena is also a powerful witch and an evil genuis.She has long dark black hair .She wears a black and gray dress and a black glove that covers up the mark that says she is beautiful Gorgeous's daughter.She also has a gray headband.Jimmy doesn't know at first that Elena is evil and wants to destroy him.He thinks the stuff that has been happening is a quincedence.some of the town people even blame Jimmy for some of the stuff that has been happening...

Okay I wanna create a villain too....

Her name is Dawn.

Dawn is a very old creature, who had lived hundreds of years alone in the depth of space. She is almost legendary , a fairy tale figure known in several galaxys.

Her history (that made her what she is now):

One thousand years ago, Dawn was a simple girl on an unimportant planet. Back then she was known under another name, a name that got lost after certain events. Only Dawn herself knows the name her parents gave her and she guards it as her highest treasure...it is her only relation to her past and the key to her soul.

She belonged to an ancient alien race that was known for their strenght, brilliant battle strategeties and iron will power. The members of this race used to have silver shining skin with deep icy violent eyes and shiny black hair. For thousands of years their race used to be the most advanced species in all known galaxies, their technology and education more developed than any other alien race.

When she was a young woman, Dawn gained one of the rare but coveted study places in the highest academy of the royal city. She was intelligent,curious, flexible, open minded and passionate...all in all a brilliant head.

The academy immediately let her join and she worked her way up till she was a very well known name under the newbies of the academy.

Her ideas and projects were completely revolutionary and led the way for a completely new generation of science...not always were all academics on her side and she had to stand through a lot of intrigues but nobody could ever stop her.

But as much as she did and learned...it never was enough for her. She looked at the intergalactic wars that caused so much pain and sorrow everywhere....to which her own race partly carried the can as well.

She wanted to bring peace to the universe...to find a way to stop all that misery and useless fights....the other academics and politicians laughed at her.

But one day when she was about twenty seven years old she met another like minded student Leyar ...he was different from the others, just like her...together they developed a plan...the ultimate tool to end war throughout the whole galaxy.

While they worked, they fell in love...which led to Dawn's personal doom later...
Together after immense and nearly impossible efforts, they finally completed their master piece...

Four perfect undestroyable stones, two of them bloodred, two icy blue. These stones gave the one who wore them the power to do everything...utter almightiness.

The stones contained each the power of a real star, stars Dawn and Leyar 'killed' and transformed their might into those four stones...one star for one stone.

With them they promised each other they would bring peace to the universe...the two bloodred stones belonged to Dawn, the two icyblues to her complice and lover.

Only together the four stones would achieve allmightiness, and when two of them touched, they destroyed each other (and anything around)

But one unlúcky day a foul creature named Meldar succeeded to steal Leyar's icy blue stones. The stones powers were opposite to their color...Dawn's stones' power was cold burning, whereas Leyar's was hot burning. Before Dawn and Leyar even noticed the danger, Meldar used the two stones and blew up their whole planet as example....that he was now as mighty as to erase the mightiest and advanced race known forever in just one second.

Meldar began to do horrendous things...he invented a game to amuse himself and tormented other species.

Dawn and Leyar, the only survivers , tried to stand up to him and fought a terrible battle against him...but Dawn and Meldar's stones both had the same power, thus couldn't destroy the other one...

Just then Meldar made a very nasty thing...he caught Leyar and threatened to kill him in front of Dawn..except if she handed him her stones, he would be merciful towards her lover.

Dawn could not decide and was about to hand Meldar the stones, when Leyar begged her intensely to keep them and let him die...as punishment for his own carelessness that made it possibble for Meldar to get his stones. With a broken heart she fulfilled his wish...and saw him die in front of her very eyes.

In this moment she felt an hatred as powerful as never before...she just wanted to destroy the power of these stones and make everything undone.

Out of frustration she freed the power of her stones and gathered the star's might for herself....during an impressive explosion she became a creature that was star and alien altogether...

The explosion caused Meldar to loose his underbody...but he survived and went on with his cruel game.

She changed her name and vowed everlasting revenge against Meldar and she swore she would do an end to this game, no matter what it would take.

So why is Dawn a villain?

She found out that Jimmy and his friends ended that cruel game Meldar played for nearly thousand years....and took her every purpose she had lived for. She had survived for thousand years in the depth of the universe....and lost her goal in the matter of a few days.

That she cannot forgive Jimmy and his friends....they interfered with her revenge, her last chance to make undone the catastrophe she had caused...and to avenge the dead of her beloved one...that is why she wants to see Jimmy, Sheen, Carl, Cindy and Libby....DESTROYED forever. But mostly she wants to see Jimmy dead. They haven't met her yet. Due to former business, however, she won't attack their alien friends, who helped them to fight Meldar.

Her looks:

Her appereance has changed when she merged with the two stars...
Basically she is still a delicate and beautiful woman....with almost human looking light skin that has a faint silver glow left, long stair cut silver glittering hair that lets sparks fly and deep bloodred eyes, shaped like a cat's eye that seem to burn.
She dresses into a bloodred strapless top with silver ornaments and a short skirt of the same color.
Her hands and forarms are surrounded by silver cold burning flames, as are her feets and ankles.

Her skills:

Her touch is as cold it burns flesh immediately. She can burn things with one look if she wants to, summon deathly cold burning flames of starfire and...heal. She almost never uses this power though.
She has supernatural senses, the most developed however is her sense of hearing. Finally, she has very fast reflexes.

Her characteristics:

Her main goal in life is revenge. She has no mercy left and would kill Jimmy and his friends without even blinking. She is a brilliant head, but very impulsive. If she explodes out of anger, the whole surroundings will suffer. Her feelings are easily hurt...because on the inside she slowly is dying because of guilt and sadness ever since ...
And although she had lived for hundreds of years for revenge she still has a good heart...in the pastime ever since the catastrophy she had helped throughout the galaxy many of people as well...as she can't see innocent people suffer. She is a hero and a pure evil villain...whose greatest weakness is still her heart.

COOL!!! I might enter!!! this looks really fun!!! I LOVE to create ne w characters, especially villians!! But it'd be hard to win after Fire Pearl's entry!!! congrats by the way! very in depth!!
