[Mara=^.^=]

I accidentally left my purse in the "SafeRide" vehicle that ferries people around after dark, so now I have no way to get into my room. I'm stuck in the library, worrying about my term paper.

So I made this poll. I think there was another one like it somewhere, but oh well.

Who is your favorite character in TOSOT, and why?

Oh, I don't know for sure, I do love all of them, but I think my favorite is "one of the kids", & you know who it is: Jimmy. I think I'm taking the safe route & using my fave character from the original show, but either way I think Jimmy's my fave still even here. :thumbsup:

Shocking as it is, I actually didn't pick Nav!!! :P I love him, but after a bit of hesitation, I picked Aurora. Why? Well...

Cindy's my favorite character in the series, so I guess it's natural her older self would follow suit.

But Aurora's got a personality all her own. Sure, she's a lot like Cindy still, but...different. She's got that dark, mysterious side to her that I actually find fun. :o *shrugs*

Another thing that I've noticed is that she reminds me A LOT of one of my original characters. The resemblance is so strong it's kinda freaky. And there's no way reading TOSOT could've influenced me when I created her, because I was writing about her years before you'd even started work on TOSOT. And since I was pretty attached to my OC, no wonder I automatically find Aurora appealing. Not the type of girl I'd want as a friend, maybe, (haha, she'd kill meeee!!!) but the type that's fun to read or watch conquer twenty enemies with a few clever...um..."warrior" moves. LOL.

...Whoops, I'm rambling again. --facepalm--

My favourite is Future Libby. I just really love her personality, and I like that she kind of 'softens out' April and Aurora, if that makes sense. I dunno... :lol:' She's just a real cool character. ^_^

My favorite is Future Sheen because...I love him.

But if there was no Future Sheen (Dear Lord! DX) my favorite would be April. She's so badass, and everyone wishes they were her. XD

And then Future Libby cause she's so mellow and a great role model.

I picked Lee, cause he's such a sweet guy! And even if that's frowned upon on his planet, that still makes him cool to me!

After Lee, is Future Carl, cause he helped Aurora escape the first time! Go Carl! :rock:

It's time to procrastinate on my paper! I've got 3 of the 15 pages done. I am sooooo screwed! Waaah! Anyway.

Let's talk about TOSOT.

My favorite character is Future Libby, but it's most fun to write for Nav. Writing for April is actually quite a challenge...sometimes she feels too formulaic for me. I actually like drawing Aurora much more than I like writing for her. It's so tricky to deal with all her emotions.

Writing for Lee is wicked easy, and surprisingly writing for DJ also comes naturally (I've written a bunch of later chapters in volume 5, incidentally). Future Sheen is hot. Future Carl is impossible.

Anyway, that killed about 1 minute. Back to my paper. Nyuuuuu!

Yeah, I can only imagine what it's like to write for Aurora. She's pretty angsty.

I voted for Aurora. The other characters are also very interesting in their way it's hard to choose, but Aurora is the most interesting for me there, because she is the central figure in the plot.

My two favorite characters would be Future Libby and Dictator Jimmy. It's really funny because they're so unalike... unless DJ gets cured, in which case he wouldn't be "D"J anymore. The things that draw me to the two of them--

Future Libby: She knows what to say and when to say it... with ATTITUDE. ;] But when it comes to her closest friends, she'll open and up and be supportive to them. FL is basically the glue. NO, WAIT--

The CHEESE to our MACARONI.
The PERIOD to our SENTENCE.
The CHORUS to our SONG.
The ICE to our CREME (waitdoesthatsounddirty?).

Dictator Jimmy: As much as he is HOT (>.<) he seems like a very vague and mysterious character. I mean, we know the context in which he acts, but we haven't exactly been introduced to him yet. It just makes me want to get to read about him MOAR! Did I mention that he's hot?

Kidding.

I have a thing for intelligent guys. And DJ, who can pull off a lair as intricate and amazing as that deserves kudos. It makes my brain go "WOOT" even though I didn't have much of one to begin with... cause it was so focused on him being IN DA CLOSET! Roflcakes.

Well, Lee is singing the song to April, so presumably he's not gay (unless there's some aspect of Gorlock courtship behavior we don't know about :blink: )

AND YES. THE AUTHORESS ASSURES YOU THAT NOBODY IS GAY. DICTATOR JIMMY JUST SEEMS GAY BECAUSE HE'S ALL LIKE "I'M GONNA DOMINATE THE GALAXY" and whatnot.

I will also tell you that Eustace Strych hires alien strippers.

my favorites is Jimmy and DJ because well you know every thing could be used in a good way or in a bad way, science has been used for the good of man kind (medicine, inventions like the car plane…ect) but it also used for distraction of man kind (atomic booms, chemical weapons…ect) for me kid Jimmy and DJ are those two sides of science and knowledge that god give to humans, Jimmy try to make things right, help Aurora out and holed himself responsible for what happened in that universe and DJ no feeling nothing at all just the dark mind of the devil that made people suffer from his inventions those two are more like the YIN and YANG or the long battle between good and evil.

And of course the lovely mysterious dark but good and great character Aurora Vortex is the second but the first favorite ever female character from TOSOT, I really loved her character.

My favs characters in TOSOT are ^_^ Dictator Jimmy(it may sound really odd, but still it's real :lol: ) and Jimmy.
I certainly don't know under what circumstances they'll be involved face to face in the "Dictator's quarters", but the thing is that they'll surely will and even if we don't really know much of DJ we're (at least I am :blink: ) desperate to know his reaction watching his past self as well as the other kids, also with Aurora, like.. I mean...Will he really dare to get rid of Aurora by killing her? :unsure: and what's with that issue of DJ capturing Aurora?is it really serious what happened in there that she just doesn't want to talk about it? <_<

Jimmy has always been my fav in the series, but certainly Aurora also caught my attention a lot, n I'm still wondering what happened to future Sheen.
