Or that Jimmy got magnetically attracted to that mechanical bull after it blew up, since he had magnetic undies on... :lol: There's also the part at the very end where Sheen's like, "Aww, man, CARL!!" Then Carl goes, "Actually, that was the pig..." Yuck, bet that pig had some bad gas!! :P >.<

Also, if anyone's interested Trouble with Clones, El Magnifico, Billion Dollar Boy and Clash of the Cousins would round out my bottom ten. Those episodes are ones that I still enjoy watching, but not as much so as the rest of them

Safety First is still the one I like the least; dunno why they had Hugh and Judy react that way... :facepalm: The rest of it is good, though, and as I mentioned in a previous post, it does introduce us to the nanobots... ;) I don't hate the ep by any means; it's just the one that I watch the least... ^^;

Whoa have my opinions changed! I enjoy almost all the episodes I said I hated and hate a lot of the ones I said I liked. Mostly has to do with when I first started rating eps I was a senseless J/C addict and am now writing them for the actual quality of the plots and comedy.

To JimmyxCindy4EVER, Hugh and Judy react that way because it’s funny! Do you not know what the talk is?

No hard feelings, everyone has a different sense of humor, I just hope you understand what the scene is trying to do

Yeah, I know what the "talk" is; I am 34, after all... It just annoys me how they totally misunderstand what Jimmy's trying to tell them in the ep... <_< When Hugh remarks that Terry is a girl's name, I would've had Jimmy correct him by saying, "No, Dad...! The Terry I mean is a guy! He's the school bully who beats me up!" After which, Hugh might've said, "Oh... I'm sorry, Jimbo, I didn't know..." ^^;

But that wouldn’t be as funny - JN is primarily a comedy show, and comedy is all about things happening that aren’t supposed to happen.

I’m just curious, how would you make the parents funny if they don’t misunderstand the situation?

Well, to make that funny, I'd have Judy get mad about what Terry's done to her son, then he'd add in a highly annoyed voice that Terry is gonna pay... Judy would agree and say that she'll find that boy and give him a real good slap. Hugh would add that Terry will squawk like a big ol' duck and make duck sounds about it. :lol: Jimmy would then tell them that they're being ridiculous, then add that he has something else in mind for him, something special that he deserves, laughing in a sneaky manner after saying that... :evillaugh: Judy would agree with him, saying that she'll help him create something to deliver the payback Terry deserves... :lol:

alright, that works! Still I don't see how it's worse than any other time someone comically misses the point in this show

Oh, well, to each their own, I guess... ^^; I just find it unamusing that they didn't take him being bullied seriously... :blink2: :wacko: (Btw, congrats on over 100 posts!)

Well Jimmy has also been a victim of kidnapping, theft and attempted assassination and his parents didn't step in then, so that's why I didn't notice

Yeah, that's true, and also underage exploitation, well, in a way...  Darn that Seymour! :grr: Which got him expelled, and after he told his mom he was, she asked how, but I can't say I blame him for not wanting to go into why he was expelled...  Talk about embarrassing! >.< :onfire: Still, I can't help that I found that so doggone funny! :lol:

Reviving! Just to see if anyone's opinions on eps have changed over time... ^_^ My more recent opinions haven't changed; I still think Safety First could've been done way better than it had been... And I do have a little beef with Jimmy Goes to College, and would've changed a bit of it. Maybe not the parts with Seymour(who I still despise!), but the fact that Hugh and Judy acted like they didn't miss Jimmy(which really upset him), and Hugh tried to compensate for his being gone with a literal flea circus... *shrug*

Yo! I’ve been thinking about the show more again lately, and my least favorite would probably be “Foul Bull,” it just isn’t as good as the episodes surrounding it, since they were REALLY starting to ramp up in the second half of season 2 (since season 3 is my favorite season.) I don’t really like anything about “Monster Hunt,” either. Especially since it’s right before “Jimmy For President,” one of the best episodes. I agree about not liking “Jimmy Goes To College” but not because of the subplot, more because it was just strange to see the show take place in such a different setting, none of the characters from it were that memorable besides Seymour who was memorable in a bad way, and the streaking thing was sooo weeeeiiird. I actually forgot Cindy and Libby were even in the episode. I think the part in the classroom is funny, but it sort of gets weaker as it goes on. It and “The Trouble With Clones” are the worst episodes of season 3 for me. They aren’t as funny as episodes like “Lights Camera Danger”, “Who Framed Jimmy Neutron?” Or “How To Sink A Sub,” and they don’t do anything more to develop the characters either.

In terms of “Safety First,” to me that’s just an average season 1 episode.

Yeah, The Trouble With Clones doesn't have nearly as much funny material, but imo, it makes up for it in action and adventure... ;) It's one of my fave eps, cuz it has EJ in it, my fave JN villain... ^_^

I agree with ya about Jimmy Goes to College for the most part, though I can't help but find that one scene so doggone hilarious!! I still abhor Seymour for tricking him into doing that, though... :grr:
