I know it's Carl, after he screamed "STOP STOP IT, CAN'T YOU SEE THIS CONSTANT FIGHTING IS TEARING US ALL APART!!!" and Sheen laughs and says "That was cool, Carl, I really believed you for as second." So Carl was trying to break up some argument, but I don't remember the episode or the argument's context. :P
