Reasons Mara Should Read Homestuck
1. As a writer, artist, and internet-savvy person you can fully appreciate the scope of and effort that goes into Homestuck
2. Ship whoever you want. ALL SHIPS ARE CANON.
3. Plenty of symbolism, motifs, and foreshadowing for you to dig your literary analyzing claws into.
4. The author is a recurring character in the story, as the author, and makes fun of himself for being such.
5. Speaking of, this story couldn't get any more meta if it tried. The fourth wall has been utterly destroyed.
6. Lots of time travel and parallel universes and paradoxes and the like.
7. Philosophical explorations of the nature of fate, free will, death, and the nature of the universe.
8. Endless badass women with kickass weapons.
9. Sarcasm. Witty sarcasm everywhere.
10. The alien troll species' reproductive cycle literally depends upon foe yay.
There are lots more but these are just the ones I thought would appeal to Mara most. Everyone should read Homestuck though. It's awesome. It's the best. Just let me tell you about Homestuck.
