Hi I'm brand new here and thought I'd start a post right away! What if the characters of JN were on Idol? What would their audition song be, first off?

Jimmy's Audition Song - Your Call by Secondhand Serenade
Sheen's Audition Song - Crush by David Archuleta
Carl's Audition Song - The Kids Aren't Alright by The Offspring
Cindy's Audition Song - The Rose by Bette Midler (the Leann Rimes version)
Libby's Audition Song - Revolution Song by Fefe Dobson
Now I'd like to hear yours!!

I'm not entirely sure about audition songs, but I'll give it a try. Libby would be most likely out of the gang to win, though, to be completely honest. Jimmy and Cindy are pretty good, too. Sheen, as we all know, is terrible, and Carl is so-so.
Here's my first thoughts for audition songs:
Jimmy: "Angel Without Wings" - Vertical Horizon (some of the lyrics are above and below my signature banner)
Cindy: "I'm Not That Girl" - Idina Menzel (from Wicked, Elphaba sings it. I can see Cindy singing this.)
Sheen: "Vicinity of Obscenity" - System of a Down (just look up the lyrics. This song is so weird...it's totally something Sheen would like)
Libby: "Taylor the Latte Boy" - Kristin Chenoweth (this song is so cute)
Carl:...I got nothin'. I'll come back later with a Carl song.

I can't believe I never did this... 
Here are the songs they'd audition with, I think... 
Jimmy would sing She Blinded Me With Science(forgot the artist), hands down, and be pretty good at it, too!
Cindy would use Miss Independent by Kelly Clarkson, no doubt about that, and would be pretty good, as well!
Libby would totally nail the song What a Girl Wants(forgot that artist, too), due to being an amazing singer!
Sheen would try I'm Just a Kid by Simple Plan, though it probably wouldn't go well at all, knowing him!
Carl would most likely sing Kids In America by No Secrets, and would likely just barely get by with it!

Jimmy: Supersonic Rocket Ship by The Kinks or The Big Bang Theory by The Barenaked Ladies
Cindy: I Will Survive by Gloria Gaynor, You Should See Me in a Crown by Billie Eilish or You Don't Own Me by Leslie Gore all have total Cindy vibes.
Libby: oh my word, this girl could pull off just about anything. At Last by Etta James or Respect by Aretha Franklin would be good. Maybe something by Greystar?
Sheen: Would sing the UltraLord theme song. He also probably would even make-up words if there were none.
Carl: Suddenly Seymore (I just get Broadway Ballad vibes from Carl),
