Listen you guys. I'm sorry I haven't written a chapter in awhile.
I have writer's block, I can't think of ideas.
I'll try and put up Chapter 26 as fast as I can, but I'm not sure.

Awww, great story, Gretchen! I love the short chapters, it makes it easy to read. And I also liked the JC and SL at the beginning. It was OOC but very cute. =) I also thought Jimmy's invention to see the ultra-sounds was very clever. Way to go, Jimmy!
If I can offer some constructive criticism, though, I think you need to write something other than dialogue. You know, make it exciting, put some suspense and emotion into it. And also, is there any other colors you could use besides green and purple? It's impossible for me to read, sorry. :(

Well, this is and old story, this was written back in 2006 on nick.com so it has a lot of dialogue and not much narration.
My next story should be better.

Well it's here. Chapter 26 is officially here.
As some of you may know, I had writer's block, but Pedro got me out of it. Thanks Pedro.
This is my last chapter I'm doing for 2008.
So enjoy.
Chapter 26:
We went through the rest of our day watching funny movies in class. We had nothing else to do since we got kicked out of our field trip.
I know the movies were funny, but I couldn't help wonder why my experiment had gotten that scientist mad.
He had wanted me to help him, and I did, then something went wrong and he got mad at me.
Well I would think of something to get back at that guy.
At the end of the day, I walked home with Carl and Sheen.
"Those movies were so funny. It beat that stupid field trip we went on!" exclaimed Sheen.
"Yeah, they were funny, but I'm still sorry, Jim. I know you wanted to help that scientist," Carl said.
"Do you know what guys? I don't want to talk about it okay?" I asked.
"Okay,'' they both said.
I said good-bye to them and went to my house.
My mom and dad were inside with the babies.
I was happy to see them. They would cheer me up.
"Hey, Jimbo, how was that field trip you went on today?" Dad asked.
"Not so good," I said angrily.
"What happened, Jimmy?'' Mom asked.
I told Mom and Dad the whole story about how we were looking at experiments, and then the scientist came out, and then he saw I was smart, and asked if I wanted to help him with an experiment, of which I quickly agreed too. Then I told them about how I was following the instructions to the experiment, but then something went wrong and it exploded, and got the scientist mad. I told him I followed the instructions, and he still got mad, so I wound up getting yelled at by him, and then he kicked my whole class out of the museum, and sent us back to school, where we just watched movies the rest of the day.
"Wow, that's so horrible, Jimmy," Mom said.
"I'd like to give that scientist a piece of my mind!" Dad yelled angrily. "No scientist tells my son he's not a real genius!"
"Thanks Dad, but I can handle this."
"How, Jimbo?" asked Dad.
I told him how I was going to get back at the scientist.
"No, don't do that Jimmy, you'll get in trouble," Mom said.
"Judy, let him do it, that jerk deserves it," Dad said.
"Okay, but be careful," Mom said.
So I went upstairs to do my homework, then I went to the lab to work on the experiment, but then I had to stop because it was dinner time.
I went inside and ate dinner.
Then after dinner, I played with Lizzie and Jill. My little sisters were now almost two months old. They weren't showing any signs of genius yet, but I knew in a few more months, they would.
That's my last chapter for 2008. Chapter 27 will be up in 2009. This story is almost finished.

I can't wait to see how Jimmy will get the scientist back, and that was funny about how Hugh wanted to get the scientist for Jimmy.
